EEA - Why ? For what ?

Before answering this question , a look at the current status of INDIA AND INDIAN MUSLIMS would throw some light on the subject.

INDIA - in the new dawn of 21st Century is witnessing a magnificent growth and is making great strides as one of the fastest ‘ developing countries ’ of the world.

Economy is booming, employment potential is growing at highest ever place, new super highways are being laid, airport, seaport, irrigation - dams, power stations and all sorts of infrastructure facilities are being built at ‘hectic’ speed, communications network is connecting even the most rural areas, the Government’s coffers are filled with billions of Reserve ….. and the PROSPERITY is everywhere EXCEPT ….EXCEPT in the case of vast population of poor Indian Muslims.

Yes … Very sadly … it is the poor Indian Muslims who has nothing to celebrate in this whole story of huge growth exercises. He is left out in the lurch, for him the life has not changed… illiteracy remains , unemployment remains, the pain and the sufferings of the ‘ Poverty ’ intactly remains …. No matter what happens in the name of so called ‘ economy – boom ’.

It is indeed sad … and a pit . But WHY THIS SITUATION ? WHAT CAUSED THIS sad state of affairs? What is the remedy? Who shall provide the remedy? And How?

When these questions hovered around the minds of few , young, like – minded , socio - conscious muslims , who are blessed by Allah with some economic means to afford to make some initiatives to provide this “REMEDY” which is nothing but“EDUCATION” – EEA was born, in September 2006.
